We do not offer refunds on membership if pregnancy occurs. You may chat on the pregnancy forums or use the pregnancy journal if you become pregnant before your membership expires.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless preconceptions.com.au, its directors, officers, agents and employees from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including legal fees, which arise from a breach of this agreement for which you are responsible or by your use of preconceptions.com.au. You agree that the proper and only venue in which any legal questions relating to this agreement, the contents and/or information relating to or arising from this web site can be brought is in the Courts of and under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

The information contained on the site?s forum section is provided by various members. The site proprietor does not seek to verify or endorse any comments, suggestions, opinions or information on the forum section and will not be responsible for same or for the ramifications of it being relied upon by site users.
