Follicular Phase

Follicular Phase
The follicular phase is the time between your period and ovulation. The follicular 
phase can vary cycle to cycle and ovulation does not always have to occur on the same cycle day each 
month. There are many factors that may delay ovulation including stress, illness or any factor which 
may be out of the ordinary for the individual.
