If you have a natural miscarriage and do not require a dilation and curette, your next chart would start on the first day of full bleeding. If a dilation and curette is required you may start your new chart on the day the procedure took place. Enter menstruation in data entry page for a new chart to start and note in the symptoms / notes section that your D&C was this day for future reference.
