HELP TIP:
Click on the date field and the relevent date on the pop-up calendar. Enter temperature in the following format e.g. for Celsius 36.58 or for Farenhiet e.g. 97.68. Only 1 item can be chosen for symptoms, meds etc. If more than 1 is required, please note the extras in the symptoms/notes section at the bottom of the page. Click submit once finished and go to "My Online Chart" to view your chart.

To access data from a previous date, find the relevent date on the calendar, click it and the data for that day will appear in the corresponding fields.
If the calendar does not pop up when you click in the date field, allow popups on the page, then refresh your page and it should work.
